Sam and Ruth started their business during the first lockdown and they created hand-poured soy wax candles that work to normalise the bodies that are so often not represented in the mainstream. And now... You can eat them! We created a unique cake shaped as their most recent candle, Anomala, and each box includes 3 flavours:

Dark chocolate with aromatic orange curd filling
Cinnamon chocolate with silky vanilla custard filling

This item can be shipped UK-wide. Shipping is included in price.
Cutoff is 5pm on Monday for orders due the following Wednesday or Thursday 5pm for Saturday orders. Please get in touch if you need to schedule a delivery on a different day, we might be able to accomodate for a custom price. Delivery is only an estimate and we can't take responsibility for postal delays.

The estimated delivery date is showcased on each product page and in your confirmation email. Orders in London are often hand delivered. For any other orders, you will receive a tracking number on the day of shipping.
We use Royal Mail and Packfleet. Orders may occasionally close early if delivery slots fill up.
Sure! Collection is three days after placing the order in London, N4. More details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Orders are delivered via Royal Mail Tracked24 or Packfleet. You will receive a tracking number via email/text on the day of shipping. Please note parcels do not fit through a letterbox, so someone needs to be available to collect it.
Our boxes don't fit through a letter box so someone should be available to pick up the order at the delivery address. You will receive a tracking number on the day of shipping and you may be able to redirect your parcel to a safe space or neighbour.

Our kitchen is 100% vegan so our products do not contain DAIRY or EGGS.

Some items can be made without SOY, GLUTEN or NUTS but we can't guarantee that there is no cross-contamination so we can't cater to people with severe allergies. There's an ingredient list on every product page. Please indicate at checkout or get in touch if you require any changes.
Given the perishable nature of the items, we are not able to offer refunds due to failure to collect your parcel or mistakes in entering the recipient's address.

If you haven't noticed yet, we love puns and we had to use one for our name. The "female gaze" is a feminist film term referring to the gaze of a female viewer. It's a response to the better known "male gaze", which represents the gaze of a straight male viewer and also the one of the male filmmaker.
